Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ship & C.R.E.W is a leader in logistics, container services, and transportation solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented "Depot Management Specialist" to oversee and optimize container depot operations, ensuring smooth container movement, accurate reporting, and excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor depot capacity and container movements (IN/OUT).
- Prepare and send daily & monthly stock reports to customers and management.
- Handle trucking orders, container releases, and transfers.
- Follow up on damage notifications and ensure accurate settlement with customers.
- Reconcile yard stock with system data, correcting discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with reporting and communication procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 0-2 years as General years of experience.
- Container/depot management or logistics experience is preferable.
- Customer service experience is preferable.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent command of English and email writing skills.
- excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
