Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Operational Continuity and Execution.
  • Monitor performance indicators across the organization, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help optimize profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the development of policies, compliance systems, and ethical business practices in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company with clients, government agencies, suppliers, and other external stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical), Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in industrial operations or executive leadership roles, preferably within aluminium, metals, or heavy manufacturing industries
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives and managing organizational transformation.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for board-level reporting, stakeholder engagement, and negotiations.
  • Able to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and respond to challenges with agility and resilience.
