Missions

Develop a strategy for the development of the programmes in accordance with the pedagogical objectives determined by the ESAA Management

Assist the DG in the development of the school's general policy

Overseeing the school's pedagogical department

Implement, develop and promote the programmes in accordance with ESAA's quality and accreditation requirements

Ensure compliance with the regulations and guidelines of the pedagogical supervision

Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of stakeholders from the various programs

Maintain a watch in terms of pedagogical innovation and the development of new programs in a logic of continuous improvement

Ensure the organisation of the sections: drawing up timetables, leading pedagogical meetings, preparing class councils, pedagogical guidance advice

Coordinate the follow-up of students in conjunction with the teaching team, school life, administrative services

Coordinate the student and learner admissions process

Represent and promote the school to future students: fairs, school visits, open days

Supporting students in their orientations

Develop training programs adapted to the needs of companies

Participate in ensuring a high-quality environment for students and learners

Helping to improve the visibility of the school

Supporting the school's projects: The scientific journal, R&D laboratory and Incubator/accelerator

Profile

Ph.D.

Having a minimum of 05 years of experience in higher education

Having a minimum of 03 years of experience in a position of responsibility

Having at least three (03) recent publications in indexed scientific journals

Excellent command of the various aspects of the function

Managerial spirit
