Roles & Responsibilities
- Deputy Director of Customer Services
- Ensure the smooth running of the activities of the Customer Markets Sub-Directorate in order to ensure the order book within the framework of the orientations and objectives of the Sales Department and the General Management.
- Application of the procedures in force.
- Ensure the smooth running of its services' activities to optimize performance.
- Ensure the order book and prepare all of the company's offers.
- Implement effective project selection methods to optimize prospecting expenses,
- Ensure close coordination with all key project owners and develop a privileged network of relationships with decision-makers, as well as the handling of customer complaints
- Respect and establish the commercial objectives of the Sub-Directorate based on the guidance of the Central Commercial and Procurement Director.
- Ensures monitoring of the commercial environment as well as commercial and information monitoring.
- Regularly evaluate the commercial performance of the sub-department.
- Ensure the monitoring, classification and preservation of the documentary collection
- Management and monitoring of the company's receivables portfolio.
- Monitoring of recoveries, collections and consolidation of receivables in interaction with the Central Finance and Accounting Department and/or units.
- Negotiation of the company's offers with the client
- Management and monitoring of customer invoicing.
- Exploit all commercial opportunities (direct prospecting and media support) to ensure continuity of commercial activity.
- Use of all specifications withdrawn for the preparation of offers up to the establishment of the bid bond.
- Monitoring of deposits (bid deposit, advances and Good Execution) and triggers the process of recovery of deposits and retention of guarantee).
- Support for contracts and all ancillary elements to customer contracts (introduction of various requests and queries at customer level).
- Participate in the preparation of documentary funds to support a claim, pre-litigation, or even litigation.
- Participate in the preparation of a documentary fund and/or a price reference database (market study and price sub-details).
- Ensure the achievement of "quality" objectives and take charge of actions relating to continuous improvement.
- Information and transmission of monitoring reports on the activity of the sub-department (turnover, recovery, activity report outline, etc.)
- Excellent command of sales, negotiation and key account management techniques.
- Good understanding of how B2B and B2C markets work.
- Ability to analyze market data and drive complex business strategies.
- My experience with CRM and business reporting tools.
- Leadership and management of sales teams.
- Natural leadership and team spirit.
- Strong sense of organization and planning.
