Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise the administrative management of employees
- Check and approve payroll documents
- Before signature by the DAG, review employment contracts/employment certificates and any other administrative documents originating from the departments.
- Sign the final payroll summary document before it is signed by the DAG
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and labor law
- Checking staff administrative files
- Oversee employment contracts, administrative decisions and staff movements
- Monitor absences, leave, sanctions and disciplinary procedures
- Prepare the quarterly, semi-annual, and annual activity reports for the HR Department and submit them to the General Administration Department.
- Preventing and managing social conflicts
- Ensuring the maintenance of a favorable social climate
- Carry out any mission assigned by the DAG
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation
- Master's degree in
- Human Resources Management
- Right
- Management
- Economics or equivalent
Exp rience
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the HR field
- Desired experience in a public company or EPIC
