This dual-focus role requires a seasoned leader capable of managing day-to-day operations while aggressively expanding the company s market share in Egypt s booming construction sector.br> Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role. Industry Background: Must have worked in Construction Chemicals or broader building materials (Paints, Polymers, Petrochemicals, or Packaging). Local Expertise: Must have extensive experience in the local Egypt Market. Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). Languages: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English. Working Days: 5 days per week. Joining Time: Preferred within 30 days.
