Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Primary in the administration and management of the Primary school, including curriculum development, teaching strategies, and assessment practices.
- Support the professional development of staff through mentoring, coaching, and facilitating training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and performance, implementing intervention strategies to enhance educational outcomes.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that fosters the wellbeing, safety, and development of all students.
- Work collaboratively with parents and the community to engage them in the educational process and support student success.
- Participate in staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and development initiatives, fostering a motivated and effective team.
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives and policies in collaboration with the school leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and promote a safe learning environment.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field; a Master s degree is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in primary education, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of primary education curriculum, assessment, and pedagogical practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration and build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing student learning experiences.
