Job Description: Deputy Head of Secondary

Byron Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Deputy Head or Assistant Head to join our team in Kuwait working with a U.K. Curriculum.

Start Date Aug. 2026

We are open to educators with varied expertise with the ability to offer one or more of the following being a distinct advantage

  • Timetabling
  • Assessment data management
  • Inclusive provision
  • Curriculum design and development (including co-curricular programs)
  • Pastoral support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Master s preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in British Curriculum Schools
  • Knowledge of the British curriculum and assessment framework
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a new culture and work in a multicultural environment
