Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Head of Secondary in all aspects of running the Secondary School (Key Stages 3 5).
  • Providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
  • Supporting and developing staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Working closely with the senior leadership team to shape the school s vision and strategic goals.
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, ensuring an exceptional educational experience for all.

Desired Candidate Profile

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).

  • A degree in Education or a related subject; a Master s in Educational Leadership is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Proven leadership experience at Head of Department, Deputy Head, or Head of Secondary level within a British curriculum school.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for high-quality education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Adaptability and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to thrive in an international environment.
