Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior School as Deputy Head (Curriculum & Standards).
This senior leadership role will work closely with the Head of Senior School to provide strategic and operational leadership across curriculum, teaching, learning, assessment, and academic standards, deputising for the Head of Senior School when required and playing a key role in shaping and monitoring the quality of education across Key Stages 3 5.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership alongside the Head of Senior School, contributing to the School Development Plan and whole-school decision-making, and will lead curriculum design, coherence, and implementation across Key Stages 3 5, including oversight of GCSE and post-16 pathways.
Working with the Director of Learning, they will ensure alignment with the Future Ready Curriculum (FRC) and digital portfolio initiatives, promote outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment practices, provide visible leadership, and monitor classroom standards.
