RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Deputy HR Director to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The role is responsible for leading recruitment, training, administration, payroll, and employee relations in line with Qatar Rail contract targets, while supporting the Human Resources and Stakeholder Director and acting as deputy when required. The Deputy HR Director will manage a multidisciplinary HR team, oversee talent acquisition strategies, onboarding, and retention initiatives, and ensure effective training delivery through CMS and LMS frameworks to maintain workforce competence. The role also includes managing performance processes, succession planning, and internal mobility, while fostering a positive employee environment and ensuring compliance with labour regulations and best practices. Additionally, the position oversees HR administration, including contracts, payroll, and personnel records, and works closely with internal departments, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to maintain an efficient and aligned HR function.
