Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring a proactive approach to safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies, driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver engaging HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and promote a strong safety culture, fostering a proactive safety environment.
- Manage the implementation of HSE programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, driving program effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; a strong academic foundation is essential.
Possession of relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent; demonstrating professional competency.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HSE roles within the construction industry expertise.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems and programs; showing practical application.
