Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the performance of solar power plants, ensuring maximum energy yield and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze plant performance data, identify underperformance issues, and implement corrective measures to improve generation.
  • Manage and maintain solar plant monitoring systems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability for performance analysis.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with a focus on plant performance and yield optimization.
  • Exhibits strong technical skills, including proficiency in SCADA systems, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python), and performance modeling software.
