Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Planning Manager in the development, maintenance, and control of the program master schedule.

  • Break down master schedule requirements into package-level and discipline-specific planning deliverables.

  • Coordinate with contractors to collect, review, and validate progress updates and forecast data.

  • Ensure progress measurement methods are consistent, accurate, and auditable.

  • Assist in identifying schedule variances, slippages, and emerging risks.

  • Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules and interface coordination plans.

  • Support schedule impact analysis for changes, claims, and delay events.

  • Maintain planning databases, schedules, and reporting tools in line with program standards.

  • Coordinate planning inputs with cost control and risk management teams.

  • Prepare regular planning reports for senior management review.

  • Act as the Planning Manager delegate when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

  • 8–10 years’ planning experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and planning tools.

  • Strong knowledge of CPM, progress reporting, and resource leveling.

  • Experience supporting schedule integration across multiple packages.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with planning, cost, and technical teams.
