Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Order the commencement of preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Ensure the application of security protocols
- Ensure that the quality of the work is maintained and that it is carried out correctly.
- To take all decisions and initiatives to resolve any technical difficulties reported by its employees
- Supervise and coordinate the technical activities of the establishment
- Monitor technical projects and maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and performance standards
- Supervise the technical teams and ensure the optimization of resources
- Participate in the development of action plans and technical strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Civil engineering specialist or BTS (Advanced Vocational Diploma) in construction management + training in industrial engineering, mechanics, electrical engineering, maintenance or equivalent field
- Proven professional experience in a similar position
- My mastery of technical management and maintenance tools
- Managerial, organizational and writing skills
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
