Roles & Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships to understand client needs, preferences, and strategic objectives.
2. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow business with existing and prospective institutional clients.
3. Support strategic initiatives by gathering market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development and service enhancement.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of department strategy and KPIs.
5. Support the development of client proposals, commercial offers, and business cases.
6. Monitor market trends, client trading behavior, and regulatory developments affecting institutional investors.
7. Ensure timely resolution of inquiries, concerns, and service issues.
8. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
9. Monitor trading activity, performance indicators, and client behaviors to generate insights and reports.
10. Capture market and client insights to contribute to product innovation and improvement.
Key Accountabilities
1. Advice on the division/department strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration.
2. Support the division s management by providing expert opinions and recommendations on specialized matters, and deliver leadership assistance on other projects as needed.
3. Advice on risk management and mitigation tactics within the division/department.
4. Recommend tools, frameworks, and methodology to ensure proper governance and monitoring of the division/department projects.
5. Advice on the development of future state process flows, and suggest divisional/departmental and workflow changes based on the market best practices.
6. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
7. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Certifications
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Technology or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
Professional certifications are preferred
Knowledge and Experience
6+ years of experience in institutional relationship management, preferably in the Exchange industry and capital markets, APAC focus
