Role & responsibilities
The Derma-Cosmetic Branch Executive is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining high standards of brand visibility and product presentation within the assigned branch. This role supports product promotion, in-store activation, stock management, and customer education for derma-cosmetic brands, while coordinating closely with sales, marketing, and
training teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Business, or related field.
- Experience in derma-cosmetics, beauty retail, pharmacy, or skincare.
- Strong customer service skills and skincare knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Brand management experience in Cosmo Dermatology.
