Roles & Responsibilities
Internship Opportunity: Design and Digitalization of Professional Training Programs
Main Missions:
1. Needs analysis and pedagogical framework
- Identify the skills needs of an adult learning audience.
- To study the specific characteristics of intergenerational learning.
- Participate in defining educational objectives.
- Contribute to the choice of methods (face-to-face, e-learning, workshops, micro-learning).
2. Instructional Design
- Develop storyboards and lesson plans.
- Define educational activities adapted to adult learners:
- Case studies
- simulations
- scenarios
- self-assessments
- Apply the principles of andragogy (autonomy, motivation, prior experience, immediate usefulness).
3. Digitization of content
- Transforming existing content into e-learning modules.
- To produce short, interactive videos adapted to adult rhythms.
- Use multimedia creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Vyond depending on the trainee's level).
- Test and improve the materials based on user feedback.
4. Contribution to the design of training programs
- Participate in the structuring of hybrid (blended learning) courses.
- Organize the logic of the educational progression.
- Design support guides for participants and facilitators.
5. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- To propose simple indicators for educational assessment.
- Collect feedback and experiences.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of content.
