Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss project objectives, budget constraints, and functional requirements.
  • Prepare, present proposals, RFP responses, and portfolio materials to win new projects.
  • Ensure design solutions are innovative, sustainable, and align with the client s business goals and operational needs.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and community meetings to build industry presence.
  • Provide guidance on complex design projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications , Experience & Required Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 10 Years experience in design and business development or client management within an architectural firm.
  • Strong network in Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry.
  • Excellent communication (Arabic & English) , negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in project management software and design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite Rhino 3D).
  • Successful conversion of prospects to signed contracts.
  • Growth in new project revenue.
  • Development of new client accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 10 Years experience in design and business development or client management within an architectural firm.

Strong network in Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry.

Excellent communication (Arabic & English) , negotiation, and presentation skills.
