Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation, development and implementation of architectural design concepts, masterplanning and spatial strategies across multiple project types.
• Develop project briefs, feasibility studies and design reports, translating client objectives into coherent and compelling design narratives.
• Guide projects from concept through schematic and design development to completion, maintaining design quality, coherence and continuity throughout.
• Determine and apply statutory requirements, planning policies and codes, ensuring design compliance with contractual, regulatory and planning frameworks.
• Coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, managing design inputs, resolving constraints and reducing project risk.
• Provide design leadership, mentoring and coaching team members, supporting professional growth and fostering a collaborative design culture.
• Manage design resources effectively to ensure efficient delivery, balanced workloads and high-quality outputs.

What you bring

• A recognised degree in Architecture, with experience contributing to design-led architectural projects across varied sectors.
• Strong capability in concept design and design development, with an eye for spatial quality, proportion and architectural expression.
• Proficiency in Revit, with experience using AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite for design and presentation.
• Strong design communication skills, including sketching, visual storytelling and presentation preparation.
• Clear and confident communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design intent effectively.
