Design Architect

Wadi Group

Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for new construction and renovation projects across Wadi Group s diverse divisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with operational requirements.
• Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and 3D visualizations to internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee the integration of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into all architectural plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with design intent.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure all designs meet legal and safety standards.
• Participate in value engineering and cost estimation processes to optimize project budgets.
• Support the continuous improvement of design processes and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

6 Month project
Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 2-3 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably within industrial, agro-food, or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and building codes.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to conduct on-site visits and coordinate with various stakeholders.
