Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of real estate projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to translate client needs into innovative project designs and technical solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, project plans, and design documentation to clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to timelines.
Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential design or engineering challenges.
Support the sales process by providing technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality or design intent.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and construction technologies relevant to real estate development.
Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and milestones for internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in real estate project design, development, or sales engineering.
Proven track record of managing multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of the real estate development life cycle, from concept to completion.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as needed.
