Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Design Engineer – LV Switchgear Location: Dubai , United Arab Emirates Experience: 5+ years Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering Department: Switchgear Assembly & Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and technical submittals. Ensure compliance with project specifications in coordination with Estimation/Sales teams. Develop Operation & Maintenance manuals, including as-built drawings. Coordinate with Production, OEMs, and Estimation teams for software-oriented drawings & BOM. Support estimators with datasheets compliance and GA submissions. Prepare BOM for procurement inputs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Skills / Knowledge:

Control & power wiring design and applications Design and prepare LV switchgear (Power & MCCs) drawings, BOMs, and O&M manuals. Coordinate with Production, OEMs, Estimation/Sales teams; ensure compliance with project specs and standards. proficient in E-Plan. Knowledge of control & power wiring, local/international standards.
