Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of smoke management systems to ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and standards.
- Develop precise cost estimates for smoke control systems, factoring in materials, labor, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate smoke management solutions into building designs seamlessly.
- Utilize advanced software tools to create detailed design drawings and simulations for smoke management systems.
- Review project specifications and drawings to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project insights.
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates based on changes in design and scope, keeping all parties informed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to smoke management systems.
- Engage with suppliers and contractors to gather quotes and ensure the best materials are utilized for projects.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and ensure accurate estimations and effective implementation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in smoke management system design and estimation, showcasing a solid understanding of industry practices.
- Candidates from diverse national backgrounds are encouraged to apply, fostering innovation through varied perspectives.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus to facilitate international collaboration.
