Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of service station projects from concept to completion
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry codes
Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
Optimize site layouts, forecourt design, and traffic flow efficiency
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues
Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities for approvals
Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the design process
Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
achelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field (minimum four-year program)
20 years of overall professional experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in design development and permitting projects
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities, including handling submissions and approvals
Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
Holds a valid UAE driving license
