Job Description:

• Lead the design phase of different projects, overseeing the creation of design concepts and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Develop and articulate design concepts that enhance the overall appeal and functionality of residential and commercial spaces, providing creative direction and guidance to internal and external design teams.
• Collaborate with external consultants, architects, and design firms to bring design concepts to life.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Collaborate with project managers and cost estimators to develop and manage design budgets.
• Monitor design schedules to ensure timely delivery of design milestones within project timelines.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure the successful execution of design plans.
• Establish and maintain design quality standards for projects, conducting regular reviews and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, investors, and clients, incorporating feedback and address concerns throughout the design and development process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in architectural engineering, Interior Design, or any related field.
• Proven experience in design management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Proficient in relevant design software and tools.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
