Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Oversee the complete design lifecycle from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Plan, manage, and monitor design project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, within-scope delivery.
Conduct regular design reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback to elevate design quality.
Prepare project implementation strategies, site yield studies, pre-concept designs, and initial master plans, including associated 3D visualizations.
Assess investor development concepts and provide recommendations for suitable plots within approved development frameworks.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure design compliance and smooth project delivery.
Support value engineering, risk mitigation, and design optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field
With MME Licensed - Grade A
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in master planning, mixed-use developments, and large-scale projects
Strong project management, coordination, and communication abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or BIM/3D visualization tools
Excellent presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of development feasibility, site yield, and planning strategiesExperience in master planning, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale developments
