Roles & Responsibilities

This is a true player-coach position suited to an architect who enjoys leading projects while remaining actively involved in delivery. You will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, while mentoring and supporting a talented team of architects and designers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver architectural projects across all stages
  • Act as a key link between senior leadership and the design team
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Ensure high standards of design quality and technical delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 8 10 years professional experience in architecture
  • Proven experience working in the UAE
  • Strong background in hospitality and/or F&B projects preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end
  • Confident in both design and technical delivery
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
