What You ll Do

* Lead and oversee the architectural design process for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
* Ensure that all designs align with client vision, luxury standards, and project objectives
* Provide leadership and mentorship to design teams, fostering creativity and technical excellence
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination
* Curate high-end materials, finishes, and bespoke architectural elements that reflect exclusivity and innovation
* Oversee design documentation, construction drawings, and deliverables with strict attention to detail and accuracy
* Conduct regular design reviews for compliance with codes, regulations, and project specifications
* Serve as the primary liaison for clients, presenting concepts and updates while maintaining design integrity
* Support project managers in monitoring schedules and budgets, ensuring delivery without compromising luxury quality
* Integrate sustainable practices and advanced technologies into design execution
* Stay current on global trends in luxury architecture and apply innovative approaches to projects

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture
* Minimum 15 years of architectural design and project management experience, with at least 10 years in luxury projects
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale luxury developments in residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors
* Strong knowledge of bespoke finishes, luxury architectural details, and international design standards
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and visualization tools
* In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
* Inspiring leadership with the ability to guide high-performance multidisciplinary teams
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging high-profile clients and stakeholders
* Professional licensure (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) preferred
* Experience working on prestigious international luxury projects
