Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to execution.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals.

Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and design packages.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.

Oversee design quality, innovation, and integration with engineering and construction teams.

Manage design timelines, deliverables, and change control processes.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 15-20 years, with a strong portfolio of large-scale or high-profile developments.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
