Role Summary

The Design Manager leads the design coordination of complex development projects, ensuring architectural excellence while maintaining alignment with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation.
• Manage external design consultants including architecture, structural, and MEP teams.
• Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines and cost targets.
• Conduct design reviews and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
• Maintain design quality and project vision throughout all stages.
• Support authority approvals and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with cost and planning teams to align design with project constraints.

Experience

• 12 15 years of architectural experience.
• Experience in mixed-use, commercial, or masterplan developments.
• Previous experience with international design firms preferred.

Skills

• Design coordination and multidisciplinary management.
• Technical knowledge of design standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
