Responsibilities Lead and manage design activities in detail, ensuring designs meet project goals and client expectations. Collaborate closely with designers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Manage resource allocation, risk, and quality control according to industry best practices and current trends. Act as the main communication link between design teams, technical staff, and clients on a day-to-day basis. Ensure design deliverables are completed on time and within budget for large-scale mega and giga projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline. 12-15 years of relevant experience in design management Proven background in large-scale mega and giga projects in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Strong consulting engineering experience within the Middle East market. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex design challenges and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
