Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire design process for office fit-out projects, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and business goals.
- Oversee the development of detailed design plans, including space planning, layouts, and material selections, while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any design-related issues promptly.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant professional certifications such as NCIDQ or equivalent, demonstrating professional competence.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in office interior design and fit-out projects, showcasing industry expertise.
- Demonstrates strong experience in commercial office fit-out projects, with a portfolio of successful projects.
