Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers, ensuring technical excellence and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee the design of complex structural projects, from concept to completion, guaranteeing adherence to codes and standards.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications, mitigating risks and ensuring accuracy.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, delivering projects on time and within financial constraints.
