Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise all activities of the Design Office (technical studies and projects).

To supervise, motivate and unite a team of technicians.

To start again and follow the tasks in order to optimize resources.

To ensure the skills development of employees.

Coordinate exchanges with internal departments (Production, Quality, Purchasing).

Participate in project follow-up meetings and exchanges with clients.

Propose improvements to design processes and methods.

Ensure the quality of deliverables and limit non-conformities.

Working in an environment constrained by deadlines and performance objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ensure that designs comply with specifications, standards and regulations in force.

To provide technical expertise and support to the teams.

Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets and specifications.
