Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out the technical activities of your assigned area in accordance with the objectives assigned by the client and your reporting group.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Execute all or part of the technical activities of the process managed by your reporting group (development of CAD activities on CATIA V5/6 software...)
  • Analyze, where applicable, the activity entry points transmitted by clients and identify potential anomalies or incompleteness in order to allow for an update or correction.
  • Alert management and clients about technical or methodological roadblocks.
  • Provide support for reporting on the progress level of activities within your reporting group.
  • Carry out the actions assigned to you within the framework of cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
  • Carry out all administrative actions necessary for the management and operation of the activities of your assigned group.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mechanical Engineering Specialist

Design office technician / methods

BTS/DUT in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Design or equivalent

Professional degree in mechanical design, aeronautics or CAD

Electromechanical or general mechanical technician with a focus on design office work

Computer Aided Design (CAO / DAO)

Proficiency in design software is often the main criterion:

  • CATIA V5 (highly sought after in the aeronautics industry)
  • SolidWorks / AutoCAD

Reading and interpreting technical plans
