Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any arising issues promptly.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess quality of work, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of design presentations, including material selections, mood boards, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design concepts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation in design principles.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in interior design, showcasing practical application of design knowledge.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software, demonstrating technical proficiency in design and drafting.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes, ensuring design compliance and practicality.
