Supervise and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.

• Oversee the development and execution of design concepts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
• Review and approve design drafts, presentations, and final deliverables for quality, accuracy, and creativity.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
• Implement and maintain design processes, best practices, and documentation standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards in all design activities.

• Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the kitchen cabinet designs or interior fittings industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, V-ray and other architectural softwares
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of kitchen cabinetry and interior designs techniques.
• Creativity and attention to detail
