Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of structural steel designers and detailers.
Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to meet project schedules and deliverables.
Review and approve structural steel models, drawings, and calculations for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design or detailing issues.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, fabrication, and erection teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
5 years of experience in structural steel design and detailing.
Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience working with fabrication and erection teams.
Experience in industrial plants, commercial buildings, or large-scale projects.
