Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

For Design Architect:

  • Develop conceptual design packages based on project briefs.
  • Prepare architectural drawings (plans, elevations, area schedules, diagrams, space planning).
  • Support schematic design, exploring layouts, massing, and design direction.
  • Produce visual presentations including sketches, renderings, and digital models.
  • Use Revit for design and documentation; knowledge of 3ds Max/Rhino is a plus.
  • Stay aware of relevant building codes during early design stages.

For Technical Architect:

  • Prepare architecture design develop, schematic, design detailed, and IFC package
  • prepare a technical due diligence report
  • Coordination with other engineering disciplines (STR,MEP)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in architecture
  • 3 - 6 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
  • Proficiency in Revit is a must.
  • Experience with 3ds Max, Rhino, or other visualization software is a plus.
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
