Roles & Responsibilities

A. Art Director (Team Lead)

  • Count: 1
  • Experience: 7+ Years (Mandatory in Events/BTL Agencies).
  • Role Overview: The creative mastermind behind the event's visual identity. You will lead the 2D team, conceptualize the Key Visuals (KV), and ensure the artistic integrity of the project from pitch to production.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts for mega-events and pitches.
    • Oversee the entire design output of the 2D team, providing mentorship and QC.
    • Translate client briefs into compelling visual storytelling.
    • Collaborate with the 3D Architect to ensure branding aligns with the spatial design.
