Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

br> Lead the full UI/UX design lifecycle for AI-powered products, from initial discovery through delivery.
Define and drive UX strategy, information architecture, interaction patterns, and overall experience vision.
Create high-quality user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready user interfaces.
Work closely with customers, end users, and stakeholders to deeply understand needs, challenges, and expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
Plan, conduct, and analyze user research activities including interviews, workshops, and usability testing.
Facilitate design reviews and present solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions, trade-offs, and value.
Own, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across platforms.
Champion UX best practices and promote thoughtful use of AI while keeping customer needs at the center of product development.
br> Required Qualifications:

br> Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Strong command of UX methodologies, user-centered design, and design thinking principles.
Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, auto layout, and prototyping.
Solid experience with Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with other Adobe tools is a plus.
Creating demo presentations and product walkthrough videos for designed solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
A compelling portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving, design logic, and measurable business impact.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to enable effective collaboration with development teams is a plus.
Experience designing AI-powered products or using AI design tools like (Figma Make, Claude Design,...) is a strong plus.
