Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements and project scope into detailed 3D models and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and constructability for COMMERICAL KITCHEN.

  • Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates by meticulously analyzing design specifications and material requirements.

  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine designs, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate risks.

  • Source and evaluate material and labor costs from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms to optimize project budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in design and cost estimation within the COMMERICAL KITCHEN industry.

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating proficiency in both design and estimation phases.
