Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced methods engineering specialist, specializing in cutting and preparation techniques, to join our team in Berrechid, Morocco. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing efficient cutting and preparation methods.
- Develop and implement method engineering strategies for cutting and preparation processes
- Analyze existing manufacturing procedures and propose improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Create detailed technical documentation for cutting and preparation methods
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of new processes
- Use CAD software to design and modify cutting models and preparation techniques
- to conduct feasibility studies for new manufacturing methods and technologies
- to train and mentor junior engineers on the principles of engineering methods and best practices
- continuously monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and quality standards in all engineering activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (BAC +5) in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in the field of methods engineering, particularly in cutting and preparation processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials science
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Strong skills in technical documentation and communication
- Experience in industrial engineering and process optimization
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing production environment.
- Mastery of French and English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
