Design & Creative Work:

• Design logos and brand identities.
• Create packaging designs (e.g., epaktheshop products, FFS bags, etc.).
• Develop social media visuals and campaign ads.
• Design advertisements (print & digital).
• Create brochures and catalogues (including updates of existing materials).
• Design corporate and product presentations (content to be provided by Taline).
• Create event and exhibition materials.
• Design website layouts and digital assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Marketing & Digital Support:

• Assist in planning marketing campaigns, including ads and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with PM and Taline to gather information and prepare marketing materials.
• Create and manage campaign ads and boosted posts for Napco and ePakTheShop.
• Support social media account creation and optimization.
• Help maintain and monitor company websites (ePakTheShop, Napcos, portal).
• Set up and manage retargeting campaigns to reach users who previously visited the website, viewed products, or interacted with content, helping convert missed opportunities into sales..

Packaging & Production:

• When an order is received, apply the design to the customer s structural box.
• Prepare print-ready files for production.
• Prepare final artwork in the required formats.

Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in creating or updating the design/editorial calendar.
• Coordinate internally for marketing activities and content preparation.
• Work alongside external partners when needed (e.g., Mediazee) while maintaining internal design capabilities.

Software & Tools:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Prepare final artwork in required formats for print and digital use.
