Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and textures using industry-standard software such as Maya or Blender.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop artistic 3D environments.
• Translate 2D concepts and sketches into fully-realized 3D renderings.
• Utilize lighting techniques to enhance the realism and mood of the 3D scenes.
• Work closely with project managers to meet tight deadlines and project goals.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of design specifications and processes.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in 3D technology.
• Ensure all 3D designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when needed.
• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm innovative design solutions and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in 3D design, animation, or modeling is essential.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects and skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetic quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
