The Designer position focusing on AutoCAD and 3Ds Max is an exciting opportunity for creative individuals with a strong technical skill set and a keen eye for detail. This role involves creating and developing innovative designs and plans across a variety of disciplines such as architecture, engineering, and interior design. As a key contributor to the design team, you will use AutoCAD for detailed drawings and 3Ds Max for creating stunning, realistic visualizations of projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure each project is executed to the highest standard, meeting both aesthetic and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design expertise, have a blend of creativity and technical knowledge, and be able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD software.
• Create lifelike 3-dimensional renderings using 3Ds Max for project visualization.
• Work collaboratively with architects and engineers on design specifications.
• Revise drawings and renderings based on feedback from stakeholders and project leads.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements in all designs.
• Communicate with clients to understand project objectives and design needs.
• Maintain a high level of creativity and innovation in design solutions.
• Conduct research to source materials and determine best design options.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure design timelines are adhered to.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
