Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning designs that align with brand identity and resonate with target audiences, ensuring that each piece effectively communicates its intended message.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to develop cohesive design solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions, ensuring that user experience is always prioritized.
  • Develop and maintain a library of design assets and templates that streamline workflows and promote consistency across all design projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a design role, showcasing a portfolio that reflects a diverse range of projects and creativity.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch, ensuring technical skills meet industry standards.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with experience conducting user research and testing.
