Motivated and detail-oriented IT professional seeking a Desktop Support Engineer role where I can apply my technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth IT operations and user satisfaction. Current Status: Actively seeking opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Delivered remote technical support via helpdesk systems, ensuring quick issue resolution and minimal downtime.

  2. Installed, configured, and maintained desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

  3. Diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

  4. Managed BMC ticketing system, including logging, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving incidents.

  5. Configured and troubleshoot MS Outlook and email-related issues.

  6. Supported new employee onboarding by setting up systems and providing technical assistance.

  7. Documented technical issues and solutions for knowledge base and future reference.
