Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
Computers, laptops, printers
Operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Software applications (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
Log and track all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
Support user account management (password resets, access rights)
Assist in network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues)
Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base
Ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
4+ years of experience in IT support / helpdesk role
Strong knowledge of:
Windows OS, MS Office Suite
Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
